When you use our contact form or website-score tool, we collect what you provide: your name, email, business details, and the website address you ask us to score. Our host also logs basic technical data to keep the site secure.
Only to respond to your inquiry, produce your website score, and — if you become a client — deliver our services. We do not sell your information, and we do not run advertising trackers.
Scoring a website fetches only publicly available pages of the address you submit, the same way any browser would. Results are shown to you and may be kept as part of our records if you contact us about them.

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) gives you the right to know what personal information we hold about you and where it came from, the right to delete it, the right to correct it, and the right to opt out of its sale or sharing. California’s “Shine the Light” law (Civ. Code § 1798.83) also lets you ask what information we shared with third parties for their own marketing.
To make any of these requests, email dasbywebdesign@gmail.com with the word “Privacy” in the subject. We respond within 45 days, and we will never charge you or treat you differently for asking. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
We do not sell or share your personal information — not for money, and not for cross-context behavioural advertising. There is nothing to opt out of, and that is not a technicality: we run no advertising pixels and no third-party trackers on this site. If that ever changes, this page will say so before it happens and an opt-out will be provided here.
Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” (DNT) or Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. We honour both by default, which is straightforward for us because we do not track visitors across sites in the first place. We do not serve different content based on whether the signal is present.
